I had the pleasure to visit here on my most recent trip to Jackson.

I had never been here before and am happy to have a new favorite place to relax. I found so many new delicious items to enjoy. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The space was clean and bright. One of the world’s best bakeries. No trip to Jackson Hole is complete with a stop at Persephone.

Every time I land in Jackson this is my first stop from the airport. They have incredible pastries, soups, salads, coffee drinks and serve booze. They are extremely efficient and turn food out very quickly. We live as we bake and we bake as we live: With heart, hard work and creativity. Through Persephone, we have found like-minds in the mountains, kindred spirits who care about food and design, nature and art.
