The holidays are such a busy time of the year. I have been baking up a storm this last week in my kitchen and giving away treats to the neighbors like crazy! It is always hard thinking of a great neighbor treat that doesn’t take up a lot of time. One of my favorite thing this time of the year are cinnamon sugar candied nuts.

They make such an amazing treat and neighbor gift! Do you know what my two most used ingredients are this time of year? And then I am so paranoid about running out of it that I usually buy it every time I go to the store. Needless to say, if there is a cinnamon or vanilla shortage just come over to my house! You start with an egg white and vanilla coating on the mixed nuts. This allows the cinnamon and brown sugar to help coat and stick to the nuts while roasting. Then, you toss them to coat with the delicious cinnamon sugar.
